MEGAN LOVEJOY DEJA

A Chicago native, Megan was raised in an artistic family outside the city. After high school, she got a job with Elle magazine working directly with well-known Publications Director and Head Photographer Gilles Bensimon.  Before finishing college, Megan was hired by Chicago magazine to assist on photo shoots and in the art department.  Soon she replaced the Photo Editor and her career took off, eventually becoming Director of Photography. After leaving the magazine, she was the Managing Producer for Crate & Barrel and CB2 running their Ecommerce Photo Studio and managing some of their largest photography initiatives to date. She now lives in Southern California and owns her own production company, producing shoots for some of the best brands in LA. She has over ten years of editorial, commercial and ecommerce experience, hiring photographers and crews all over the world. She loves traveling, making people laugh, and telling stories through beautiful photographs.
